WELCOME SCOUTS

This event will help you fulfill requirements needed to earn badges for both the Boy and Girl Scouts. You'll also learn about different types of animals, pet welfare and care along with other great activities which include Police K9 demonstrations, a reptile house exhibit, a petting zoo, and pet adoptions.

***Scouts from every level are welcome to attend***

Food vendors will be available - Carl's Jr., Subway and Taco Man. Tickets are $8.00 per person (includes entree, chips and a drink) or you are welcome to bring your own lunch. Other snacks will be sold by our student booths. We recommend you bring cash, but we also accept Visa and Master Card.

We are offering a fun pack again this year which includes an event t-shirt, lunch ticket and our very own fun patch for $18.00 ($3.00 online savings). These items are also able to be purchased seperately at the event; T-shirts will be $10.00, Lunch tickets will be $8.00 and the Fun Patch will be $3.00

The event is free, everyone is welcome to attend, we look forward to seeing you.

Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?

No, everyone is welcome and can participate in all activities.

What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?

Parking will be available around the event area, map can be located on our website: http://www.westernu.edu/veterinary/

What can I bring into the event?

If you chose not to purchase lunch at the event, feel free to bring your own. Scouts are welcome to wear their uniforms but are not obligated to. Boy Scouts must bring their blue cards to be signed off.

What's the refund policy?

This is a free event but if you purchase a fun pack and change your mind, just let us know and we will refund your accout.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

No, you do not need to bring the printed ticket with you.

Is my registration fee or ticket transferrable?

Yes

Is it ok if the name on my ticket or registration doesn't match the person who attends?

You do not need to bring a ticket to the event.
